I heard some tips, are these true (im not saying they arent), and are there any other tips?

Put the non-moving rail on the inside of turns, and also on turns, slide one rail into the space of another... I dont know how to explain that...

--- is one rail, === is another rail.

The second track slides the rail into the other ties of the other track, i hope that makes sense...

While what you are explaining will work it is much easier to place the fixed rail on the outside. By doing it this way, you only have to trim off a small piece of the moving rail to make them match in length. The way you explained requires procuring an extra rail to insert, fitting an extra joiner between the rails that will also require some doctoring on the ties, and soldoring an extra feed for a very short piece of rail. There are lots of scenery uses for the cut-off piece of rail generated.
