I use the non reinforced discs at work and break them more frequently than not, although I must say that I have gotten better at making them last longer. They alway seem to fly apart when trying to cut while viewing the cut edge-on, so that when it disintigrates, parts end up flying right into my face (yes, I wear safety glasses and am behind a shield).

I'm going to have to try the double up deal. Good tip. Thanks
