With many thanks to our generous contributing members, we have finally moved!
Please DO NOT post at the old site as it will no longer be updated and eventually will be removed.

Album sizes have been upgraded to a 25 picture limit. Email addresses
will be updated shortly. If anyone would like a email addy, just ask :)

Post away and enjoy the site!!!

I was wondering what happened. :?
I was unable to direct link to one of the posted topics I had been following, and ended up being re-directed to the new site when I tried to access the site the old way. After logging in on the new page, hopefully I will get back into the loop on the forum topics....
Your efforts in upgrading this site and keeping it all together is, it goes without saying (but should be said anyway  ) very much appreciated!

Jim, You're very welcome :)

I was also messed up with posts and links until I cleared out my history and offline files within my browser. If you can, also try to empty out all the cookies. Cardmodels will issue you a new one when you log in again. Everyone's settings and cookies are synced with the old site which is what is causing the problems

All the best!

Really Ron, you kids are the best and thanks for all of the work. I would in fact like to have a cardmodels email addy if I could be so bold. Back to the fun...

Glen, not a problem :)

I'll start a new thread with email addy requests so that everyone that wants one can get one.

It's you guys that make the site :)

Nicely done. Thank You for the work ya'll are doing on improving and
maintaining the site. And thanks to you and those generous enough
to donate for the extra hosting, I get to post more pics of the
small stuff I build! (Which may not necessarily be a good thing!)

Thanks again!

Some small things I discovered:

The "I forgot my password" email contains a link that starts like this:

for that to work it has to be:

(Remove the extra http:// and use lowercase BB in phpbb2)

I dont think it was my email client that added the extra http:// but it might have been ....

I had trouble with the login page returning a 404 error after login, but surfing to again after that shows me as logged in.
The same thing seems to happen on logout.

Don't really know the why and what about that although it looks like it tries to redirect to some nonexistant page.

Things are going to be a bit screwy for a bit. It can take up to 7 days
for domain changes to filter down to every ISP on the globe. Typically it takes 2-3 days or less for all name servers to be updated. Have patience
and it will all work out. I did get rid of that double http :)

All the best

Some folks are still having a few issues with logging in etc. Please remember that the site's URL is . If you haven't yet, please clear your cookies and history as this site issues a cookie that is almost identical to the last one. This *will* lead to confusion within the browser and you'll have trouble staying logged in. I cleared out all of my temp files too within my browser and this cleared up some of the confusion as well.

All the best :)

It could be that your isp hasn't updated their nameserver list if that makes any sense? I could be totally off in my terminology. What browser are you using? Anybody else have any suggestions?

For me both are equal:

C:\>ping
Pinging [] with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from bytes=32 time=192ms TTL=46

Pinging [] with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from bytes=32 time=192ms TTL=46
What do you get barry?

body {
background-color: #000000;
</style></head><META HTTP-EQUIV=REFRESH CONTENT="1; URL=">
<title>index.html - redirect page</title>

Barry, no problems :)

DalNet is a huge IRC network with tons of servers mirrored all over the place. Barry as a nick name might be pretty common. 'Ron' doesn't go either :) when in the channel type in /nick barry0101 or whatever you like.
If it comes back the same it just means that someone else is using that name so just try changing again.

All the best
