Just for fun, I've sent the following message to the seller:

If as you say the bulldozer is coming to level the place, why can't the buyer pick and choose what they want? Why should the buyer be responsible for what is essentially clean-up of the space? Particularly since it's being bulldozed. Or was that just hype? I'm confused.
