Okay, I was asked to post some photo's of the new layout, I have yet to finish the 11% grade, only the track bed is in place.

Hi, Yes, the old layout has gone. That log trestle was made using 1/2" balsawood shaped and painted to represent cut down trees.

BTW, that trestle is prototypical, they used to make them like that, but never spiked the logs in place as they would take it down once that area was finished.

Terrific modelling there Shamus. The log bridge sets the scene! I love it.
But hey, why did the BCRR #2 have to go???? ... were you not happy the way it was coming along? I thought it was superb.

OK Shamus, I've been observing your wizardry for a couple of years now...I've lost count...is this the 2nd or 3rd incarnation of Badger Creek?!

I made a post on here and it dissappeared.
Anyway, Shamus. Those photos are great as is the layout.
I was able to see the construction of Badger Creek #2 as you posted photos and it was fantastic as I am sure this one will be also. Keep the pictures comming.
