    Without looking it up!

I think it is a japanese design that never made it to production from 1945! Joe:wave:

    Xadow is right.
According to "Japanese Aircraft of the Pacific War" by Rene' J. Francillon,
It had two twelve cylinder liquid cooled engines in tandem, fore and aft of the cockpit and used a steam vapor system using wing and flap surfaces
    for cooling.
The drawing in the book and the poor photo don't show the exhaust for the rear engine. ?

Update thread...panel line is drew and added into surface, Will add an exhaust pipe near wing root next (Forgot to add it)

I love the look of a model when unrolled. It is asking someone to build it!

    Great work Nobi.

you are my favourite paper-models designier
and I hope to see some models of yours from the great planes of past
I am very fond of Ju88 and Mosquito
and those have a lot of variants and camouflage to attract modeler's interest
from bomber to night-fighter to anti-shipping
and there aren't paper modesl of either, in 1/100 or 1/72 or 1/48 :thumb:

(my preferite in recce planes...)
    The de Havilland Mosquito
Osprey Publishing - Mosquito Photo-Reconnaissance Units of World War 2
Osprey Publishing - Modelling the De Havilland Mosquito

    (and night-fighters)
    Aeromaster 72-100 for Ju-88

    hope is of your interest
    thanks for your work

    Hello NOBI,
I have already bought your "kawasaki_ki_64."
I agree with "a6m" for Havilland Mosquito 1 / 48 scale (I'd love) and also for the others.

That Ki-64 is one of the most gorgeous looking planes I have ever seen, and your model looks excellent. I may have to get that one.
