Suggestions needed!

Ok so this is off the subject but i had to add my 10 cents worth.
The interesting factor about chips is that coming from a British colonised country, New Zealand, we have both chips and fries.
Fries are fired potatoes that are cut so they are long and skinny.
Whiel Chips are the same but much thinker/chunkier and they shorter.
Of course then there are wedges and potatoe chips (crisps?)
Anybody know what I'm on about...
hmmm well liek ai said completely off the subject.
Oh I do like the idea of the car park (lot) and the cafe either in n old wago or caboose, or the track idea works for me, its just cool to have use and old Railway (railroad) vehicle.
