I'll look into that thank you.:thumb:
Sorry for the delay on this. I will have it up ASAP. Unfortunately, RL has other things for me to do. I'll get on it and get it posted toot sweat.:thumb:
No worries we're all excited and waiting just makes it more fun keep up the good work.:thumb:
Trust me, I've got it close, however, since it's essentially a Beta build, there are going to have to be some on site adjustments made. Right now, I'm just trying to get the unfold sorted out to where it makes more sense and going over the layout. I've had a couple of complaints about a couple of models, so I want to take care of those issues as much as possible. I will be printing this out and building it, just to show that it can be done.
Here it is.... Beta version 1.0. If anyone has suggestions as to how to make this a better kit, let me know and I'll make what changes need to be made. Alternately, if anyone wishes to make changes and, or corrections, you're welcome to do so. All I ask is that you upload it for everyone.
Test, just a test.
Just making sure I pressed the right buttons
Cool - thanks!
I just downloaded it, it is just a PDO-file. Since there is STILL no Pepakura reader for Mac I'm lost... can someone convert it to PDF, please?
Yes, Marko. I've already got a suggestion for improvement. I'll make the change, put up the new .pdo and take time to print the file to.pdf. Sorry about that.
I'm now printing it at this exact moment....mood - highly excited
Glad to hear it nav. If I may, I have a few suggestions.
1) Print page 1 up two, or three times and use that page for all three sections on the pyramid. I purposely put the third section of the pyramid on the last page due to a fault in the texture and, or model that I could not compensate for.
2) if you are using the .pdo file, go through and look at each part and its relation to the others. Get a feel for how it all goes together.
3) I suggest with building the pyramid first and adjusting the tabs as neccesary, then go to the base and build it next. With regards to that I would build out the bottom part first, the add the central, partial, pyramid shape (in black) then attach those parts together, then start building the surrounding structure next.
I tried to lay all of that parts out so that it would be a relatively intuitive build. Some of the sections only go together one way and only attach to their component parts one way.
Take your time, this is not a simple model. As always, if you have any input to make it better.... I'm always open to suggestions.
I'm really sorry that I haven't done more on this, or made it better. If anyone has any positive, constructive input, I'm all for it.
I did by the way want to show some of my other work. I'm sorry, but if you will allow me this one grace... This is some of my other work.
My first scratch build..
Here's a project a friend and I have worked on for more than five years..
Here's some of my Artwork....
This is nothing more than an experiment....
Tell me what you think? Am I qualified to work in this field?
"Qualified in this field", :inw: You could easily be a teacher in this field!!:thumb:
These videos are incredible.!!
Sorry, just had to get that out of the way. If anyone has input on any of my models, please let me know. My entire goal is to make better models, to give them away, for everyone to have fun building them.
:inw: I bow to your greatness.
I so don't recommend the hatak for beginners many flaps need to be introduced and the pyramid needs to be cut but it's coming along nicely.
No it's not for beginners, but it is doable in it's currnt state and it is a beta version. I need to get that .pdf for Markco... Sorry, for the delay. Much going on here.
I'll get the .pdf and yes it is doable it's like most of the transformers .nif's I converted from valandar of meshworks. I just have the bottom pieces to build and then I'll post the pics i have.
here ya go
Is that the .pdf? If so I'll get it hosted and make sure Marco gets a copy. Yes, please show some pics. So, you did get the Transfers done after all?:thumb:
