Awesome. I find this inspiring! I've always wanted to develop some Sci-fi paper models, but never did because of all of the copyright issues. I may have to develop a couple free ones sometime soon, though.

Looking good. I like this build and I like that you are sharing it with us.

Forgot to ask what type of paper are you using.

Looking VERY good indeed. This is almost as good as looking over your shoulder as you design.

Are you going to have tiny TIE fighters flying patrol around it?

Keep up the good work sir. I look forward to every post.

    the nightmare begins

    hi all........

after the hangover and the domestic kibble that saTURDdays always entail, i got down to starting the bridge tower build :)

the little one is the test piece i did!

all i've added is a couple of extra tabs on the really long edges and it's gone together ok

paulhbell......... for ur info i'm printing these sheets on 106 gsm cardstock

elliot.......... :) keep your peepers peeled for a tiny falcon and almost certainly tiny slave 1, ties, and a tyderium.... if i can work that small :)

gippolot..... for sure get into a 3d design package, sure lots of members will let u know whats free and useable

    later all

Looking at the size of the bridge, this would make a good companion for EKUTH'S big galactica.

That looks amazing  She's really going to be huge! I know you told us 2 feet but seeing is believing

Might I offer a little suggestion? The sensor globes have a center column support inside the ring structure. Some are cylindrical and some slightly conic. It might add a bit of structural support so the truss doesn't take all the stress.

I'm attaching a couple pics. I also found one from a rarely seen angle.
