Spar Tree

Hey Marc,
Below the "Reply to Thread" box (the box in which I am now typing my reply)
and just below the heading icon selection, there is a bar marked "Additional
Options."

If you don't see the box underneath the bar, but just see the bar, there is
an arrow at the far right of the bar that toggles the box on and off.

In that box there's a "Manage Attachments" button, which opens a window.

In that window, "Browse" your PC for the file (must be a listed type), select it,
then click "Upload". The image will NOT show when you preview the post but
you will see the filename and size above the "Manage Attachments" button.

The image will show in the thread after you "Submit Reply."

Thanks guys that is exactly what i needed. I will start work on them right now. I just finished my first entirely scratchbuilt structures. Which coincidentely was logging camp bunkhouses. So now in no time i will have an operating logging camp.
Thanks for all the help guys!!

Anyone got any ideas about where i can find the pullies needed to rig this thing up?
Or does anyone have a preferance for what type of string to use for rope?
This will be an HO scale model.

This is what i was hoping to place in the model scene. Was the Lidgerwood ever used for spar trees or did it seperatly lift logs itself?

Hey Marc
Do you know what the crane like thing in the front was used for on the Lidgerwood?
The 125 foot steel spar at the top seems to support the logs then a pulley farther our on one of the lines is what does the lifting.
Does it have something to do with pulling the line to pull the log into the air?
