hi guys
the unveiling of last heritage unit in roseville ,ca will on august 19th , it's supposed to be in the daylight paint scheme
it will be in the same spot ,were the up 3985 was when they unveiled the western pacific loco, guys its also a block away from railroad hobbies

oh, okay...for some reason I was thinking the 4449 or something exciting like that, not the UP "Yeah, yeah, we're actually using the logos, pay us our licensing fees" heritage locos. Novelty value, I suppose, is nice...

Thats because they lost their lawsuit in court. They were trying to get money from manufactures selling models of the SP, WP,C&NW.ect..ect..Court said, "No Way...You guys(UP) discontinued those logos from the railroads you bought, means you lost the rights to them". Unfortunatly for UP, they can only collect on models of the locos that they paint the logos on(The SD-70's).
