Sneaking One In!

Morning,

I am putting a 6x4ft Christmas Railroad layout together, practising before the new house and train room. I have a couple of questions.
I have the layout framed and the legs which remove, completed. I want to know when to attach the fascia? Before I work on the scenery?

Also I like the idea of rounded corners not the 90 degree ones associated with a rectangular layout.

Any suggestions would be helpful!

welcome to the gauge if your using foam as a scenery base them you can put it any anytime, if using hard shell them it should go on first.
