Skyline F2-H Banshee Build

    The RCN mounted the sidewinders on the outer pylon, I'm no certain but I don't think the USN ever used the AIM-9 on the Banjo.

    The Squadron Publication, Wikipedia, and the Steve Ginter book all agree that the AIM-9 was carried by the F2H-3, but I'm sure you Navy guys probably know more than I do. I'm just a Civil Pilot, anyway. You guys are a great resource for this kind of material. :)

    Some sidewinders would be great. I don't know how much I'll be able to get done tomorrow, sadly I actually have to get some work done, instead of just sitting around building.

    The only mention I can find of Sidewinders on the Banshee is that they were carried "under the wings". This was apparently late in the Banshee's service life.

    Cool, Thanks Ron. Now we need to find some 80 lb HE rockets for the inner pylons. Maybe I'll draw one up in the next day or so....
