scratchbuilt Climax

    here's a just finished scratchbuilt body of a Class A climax, the chassis used was from a Proto2000 S1.

    Nice climax,

    I was wondering if they ever made any standard gauge class A Climaxes (Climaxi?).

    I was admiring this: in HOn3 and was wondering if something like that would be appropriate in standard gauge.

    Hi Neil,
    Yes, I liked mark's climax also, thanks for the link.
    As far as standard gauge goes, they used Shays, so why not a climax. I used the MDC HO climax on my old standard gauge logging layouts.

    Dunno TC, I am waiting for the Bachmann Climax later this year, but you never know, I just might build another "JUST FOR FUN" lol
