Russian C-47 found after 65 years

The very well preserved remains of C-47-DL, serial number 42-32892, were found recently in Siberia. Although it was a crash-land, and it has been exposed to the elements, the airframe looks very well preserved. I would say it is an "almost beautifully preserved crash". EnglishRussia is an awesome, funny site. It is amazing the stuff they have there. That site made me wonder about what I have been told about Russia. If what I have been told is true, then why aren't the owners of this site in jail yet?
