Room layout idea

This is an idea I have about a layout in my spare room. Everything would be flat with a couple refineries and machines shops and what not. Tell me what you think and if you can design a layout for it, please, be my guess.

Hi xbox,
As you can see, the reach into the corners is 46+ inches.
One way to address this is to place rounded scenic backdrops
in the corners, and try to limit your reach to 30" if possible.
Where is the closet door?

It's at the top about center ways facing the layout. It's the same measurement that I have now, and it's fine.
