I am installing a decoder in this loco and need information on how to create a bracket for mounting a rear light. I am installing grain of wheat bulbs both front and rear. This model did not come with a rear bracket though there are rear light lenses on the rear off the body.
Thanks all:cry:

I just use 16 volt bulbs electrical taped to the top of the hood, leaving the bulb hanging just behind those lenses. I just tell rivet counters that glow around the trucks are the step lights:thumb:

I use 12volt grain of bulbs with a piece of copper tubing crazy glued to the inside of the body. All you need is room.

I used golden glow LED's in my Locomotives. The cool thing about that is, when the locomotive is going backwards. The LED lights up! When it is going forward, the LED is off! To hold the LED in place. I used a touch of hot glue and electrical tape.

I think I had that project posted here on The Gauge a few years ago!
