Raising trademark fees on Pacific Central Models

Well the Big guys are at it again. More charges passed on to us guys who model these roads due to trademarks.
Here we go again!

CNN News Reports:
Board of directors of the Pacific Central Railroad Company has agreed unanimously to levee a 15% charge on all items that contain , use , or in any other manor replicate any or all of their registered trademark logos.
Director , Chad Nosettal , says that the current trend towards the unlawful use of their company name has severely impacted the current revenues of the industry.

It is the tunnel train to Hawaii from LA.
I have an N scale of it under my house , It's not much of a looker but was fun to build.
