The Nickel Plate 765 is rated for 20 degree curves...that corresponds to a 288' radius curve....that's a 40" radius curve in HO scale. That being said, she rarely would...if ever...see something that sharp.

Atlas #4 switches are actually #4.5, which explains why many modellers can use them with equipment that shouldn't be able to handle #4 turnouts.
