Rather new to the hobby so bear with me. I have a small N scale layout and I would like to run a two engine train. I have a Tech 4 200 Power supply. What are the rules when it comes to consisting with such a setup? Do I have to make one of my locos into a 'dummy' unit? Or will my power supply run the two locos as a unit?

Stick 'em on the track together and they'll both run with one power supply. Be aware, however, that if one is faster than the other they may end up pushing/pulling the other engine and making it less efficient than running one alone. Most of the time this is fine, sometimes it can lead to derailments, though. Different manufacturers and different models don't always run at the same speed at the same voltage. You'll just need to test them together and see what happens.
