I have decided to renew my layout progress so finally after a month or two, I am finally starting to get things together. My town module has been put up. I layed track so I won't have to fiddle with it later, but it has not been glued down or anything, it's just free layed.
I will be getting cork and foam to be put under the trackage, and ballast it over the top later. I also have to cut the track strip out of the green felt, so the cork and foam will be easier glued to the table. I left open an area by the corner to get access to it will be filled in later. It will also be the area of the control devices closer to the edge. I'm going to sell some of my old junk on ebay to get more money on the layout.
I have put some character into it. Check It Out!!!!
My E7 waits patiently for the full trackage, so she can make her journey through the layout.
