Hello,I have problems about printing using pepakura. As I print something,
only the texts are showing up.The parts for some reason didn't show up.
Can someone explain what's wrong? Is it the file or my printer?

    Help is appreciated,
    please and thanks,

BTW,Is this the right place to ask?If no,would any moderator care putting it somewhere else?I don't know how to move threads...

    More info?

Are you still having this trouble? I've never encountered this so here's a few questions and suggestions.

Do you get any error or warning messages when you open the file?

If you're not using the latest version of Pepakura update to the latest version.

If you have a PDF print driver like PDFCreator installed, can you print to a PDF successfully? You could try installing this (it's free). If the print to PDF works, then try printing the PDF document from Adobe Reader.

Do you have another printer? Does it work?

1.I get two error messages says:
    (1) Warning:the file is saved in a different language OS.
Texts may not be displayed properly.
    (2) Some fonts specified do not exist in the system.
These fonts will be replaced with the default font.

2.I'm using version 3.0.4.Is it the latest?

    3.I'll try installing it.

4.My current printer is the Canon Pixma ip3680.No,I don't have another printer. It is working.
