Does anyone know if it is possible to get bridge plans/drawings from CN for one of their existing bridges in Oakville?

I would like to scratchbuild the Oakville Sub bridge that goes over 16 Mile Creek (very close to the main GO station) which was built in the early (this is the only info I was able to get from the National Archives in Ottawa).

I recognize that, post 9/11, getting plans like this may be difficult (impossible?), but I thought it was worth a try before I decide to go through the 'agony' of making my own through pictures and site measurements.

Anyone have any thoughts/suggestions?

Donnie, the CN Sig (Special Interest Group) has this website where you can find out information about CN. They have a magazine called CN Lines, and back issues are available for order from the site. If there are plans for such a bridge, they may well be in one of the magazines. For example Vol.3, No.1 has information about the Victoria Bridge.

Hope this helps!
