These were taken on a recent trip to Canberra from Sydney. It is a 4 hours trip (320KM).

One of the small stops in country New South Wales. The train only stops if there is passenger requirements.

Canberra' s small and lonely station platform. Canberra is Australia's National Capital with a pop of around 250,000. It is serviced twice daily from Sydney by rail, using a diesel/hydraulic 3 car set railmotor. Chugs along at 80kph.

Canberra Station only opens it's doors twice daily (2 hours at a time) for the arrival and departure of the Sydney service.
