I went to browse, and just downloaded his new Chopper 1/6 scale droid model! It looks like a real beauty, thought I'd let you all know it is available. If you haven't built one of Mr. Perdana's models, you're in for a real treat, amazing detail, beautiful graphics, and really well engineered. Thanks to Mr. Perdana for all his hard work and generosity in making all of these great kits available to all of us :) Her's a pic of chopper - chopper_swr_6.jpg

Great find, mc! :) This is a VERY CUTE kit and way better than the official one from the Disney site. I was surprised at the file size - only 565 kb. Impressive! :) At first I was tempted to stop working on my version - till I noticed that there are a few texture errors and no movable parts. So I will continue (and build this one eventually, too ;) ).

My pleasure! And RF, there's no reason why there can't be multiple versions of a subject we love, so please continue!

Ok, so I downloaded the model, and when I go to open it, after putting in the password, I get five blank pages.......Deleted it, downloaded it again, and still blank. Anybody have this problem?

I just downloaded it and it worked perfectly fine and opened (with the password, of course) without problems.

I too got a complete kit in full colours. I downloaded it (with Firefox) about the time I made my post. Maybe you should try another browser?

What does that mean? I don't speak Iconese..! :D:D:D

Too right you are! I have so many different R2-D2 models on my HDD which all are made in different styles. Soooo, work on the articulated Chopper continues. :)

BTW, here is a picture to illustrate the two texture errors on Julius' model for those who may want to correct them:

The rectangles on the panel in the middle right below the horizontal arm are larger and much closer together and the oval shape on the neighbouring panel on the right must be round. ;)

I think it's my computer, and the Windows 8 program, which I'm convinced is the worst piece of #$@* Microsoft ever created. Nothing but problems. Still can't open it, no matter what I do.

You can't open the file, even after using the "" password. You did read that there, all his models use the same password. I would try updating you Adobe product. Also, you should be at Windows 8.1, which I am supposing you are. It is a free update. One that is essential. I would update the Adobe Reader and personally, I use Firefox, as everything else just has too many problems, and Firefox has it's own .pdf reader which can open these files. :)
