Painting SD40-2's

Well I've started painting my SD40-2 fleet, here are the first 2 that I've done on my own.

Nice paint jobs. Sounds like you are enjoying the painting and I'll bet when your done repainting your fleet you'll want to buy more loco's to paint. I did. Keep us posted.

Oh yea, nice job on the stripes, those can be a pain sometimes.

The strips ARE a pain! It's hard to make them lay flat around the lights in the back!

Originally, I only planed on painting the duplicate road numbers, but once I saw how much better the repainted ones looked, I had to repaint them all!
