painting and detailing

Are there any videos out there that show someone how to paint, decal, and detail a N-scale locomotives? I have a cheap airbrush but I don't know if I have the guts to try and paint and decal a locomotive.

I bought a Pasche airbrush before Christmas thinkng I was going to do my weatherng with it, but have played around with the pastel chalk method instead, which seems to be working pretty well so far. I've also just bought 2 BNSF GP-38 engines and don't have the guts either to even try weathering them until I get real good at it, so I'll just leave hem new looking for the time being.

I checked those out and they made it look fairly simple. I hope I can start detailing my and painting my Dash 8 soon.
