Painting a Proto Drop End Mill Gondola

I Purchased a Proto 2000 Series 52'6" Drop End Gondola HO Scale. I would like to know what colors to use on the detail parts.

Stirrup steps, grabs and any other parts attached to the body should be painted the same or near same color. The brake wheel can be painted black, and any under body parts(brake system details) shuold be painted the same color as the under body
