Ore mine and mill complex

I'm looking to scratchbuild an ore mine simular to Grandt line's east terrible mill and mining co. But I don't have a set of plans for one. I was wondering if anyone had plans for such an animal?

Just one more question, what would a railroad use to transport the processed ore in? An ore car, gondola or something else? I've been using shorty ore cars on the switchback that leads to the mine now.
