I already started to copy your method a little bit. We'll see if mine turns out anywhere near as good as yours.

Jeffrey,

I really like it. I am gonna try that for my backdrop.

I gonna use my inkjet printer. What DPI did you set your printer at? I'm not really sure on high i can set my DPI at. I'll have to check.

Thanks,
CAS

jeffrey-wimbrel,

I had purchased some Kodak Matte paper (heavy weight) to print my background on. I tried a few samples. The print quality came out okay.

But now to figure out the proportion for n scale.

Hi CAS,

I didn't see the original picture, but if there are no buildings invoved, I'm sure you can use any proportion, since hills and mountains can be as large or as small as you like- just a thought.

The copy of pics i have, they do have a couple of buildings on them. I will try to make the buildings look further back in distance. I think i will be able to something like that in Photoshop. Photoshop is an amazing graphics program.
