....that Jessie had left his gun on the train,finding it he shot a big hole in the music box just to stop that damn infernal racket,then he .......
...at least would have the honest music of chuffing steam instead of tinkly music-box music. Of course, they would all still suffocate in the tunnel... unless...
....that lazy good for nothing Gandydancer would get around to throwing the switch to put the train back onto the elevated...
... but it was not to be. The train raced along, slowly catching up to one of the BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) trains. Fortunately, just as the steamer caught up and coupled to the back of the BART train, one of California's lovely blackouts rolled in, dramatically slowing the the BART train and its attached steamer. With the train rolling slowly, our heroes had a chance to...

...jump ship or should I say train,it was night time and because of the power out, nobody knew where they were and what to do next, But as always someone saw the light at the end of the tunnel and....
... hoping it was the "proverbial" train - they started waving things frantically in a side to side direction in hopes that the enginner would notice & slow the "Proverb" down so as to.....

...some place with enough light that they could all examine and appreciate Jesse's N-scale layout. It was so dark here that one could hardly see...
...Their hands in front of their faces, but along came the Guard from the Caboose with a oil lantern and brought into sharp relief this bunch of chariters staring into.....
....into the night waiting for someone to continue this story line before they fell into a deep sleep to dream about.....
.... ooooops.... pushed the "pause" button ages ago. "PLAY" and on with the movie....
The Director had just had a heart attack, and has now been replace by Hubert Von Streamtrain. "Places averybody" "lights.... camera.... and.... ACTION".
There was a flurry on the set, then someone realised the firebox and gone out due to the delay. "More coal" yelled Hubert... This presented the crew with a dilema.... stuck in the BART tunnel, the only thing to do was to .......
