Looks like our friend Ojimak is about to release a new plane from his
    hanger, the Rafale-B.
When I checked his page a little while ago it was not yet downloadable, but I suspect that will change soon....

Neat site. A thread on Kartonbau regarding Japanese paper modeling proved to interesting from the fact that it's not that popular in Japan due in part to the high quality, high availability of domestic plastic models. One thought is to scale them up and make them out paper and depron (zepron) a 2-3 mm thick styrofoam sheet popular for making "foamie" RC aircraft. Modifying them for "slingshot" style launching could prove to be fun...,

    Reissued Models now available

As most may already know, Ojimak rotates the models he has available for
free download from time to time. He now has four models available that were
not available earlier this week, the F/A-18A Hornet, the F/A-18A Chippy Ho
version, the F/A-22 Raptor and the F7F Tigercat.

If you missed these the last time they were available might I suggest you
    check them out now.
    His webpage is here: http://homepage2.nifty.com/ojimak/interest.htm

Like Trotskiy's models these are all designed to fly; also, he requires you
use a password to open the files, which he provides in the text above the
    model photo thumbnails and links.

    Hi, Ojimak fans!:)

Ojimak has now made available his four Russian aircraft, which includes the Su-27, the Su-27K "Russian Knights", the Su-47 and the Mig-29:
Same password rules apply to these four files, as usual.

Hi Jim ! Thank you kindly for the link and the updates. I missed out on the trotskiy(sp?) planes when they were available...I have oodles of planes so I did'nt get them...did'nt know they could fly...now I am sad :(

I notice on Ojimak's site there is a link under the name of the model as well as a link under the picture, sometimes you get the model and instructions, sometimes you just get the model, sometimes you just get instructions.
It appears as though Mr Ojimak is playing musical downloads!...well I guess I don't mind, I love his models! Sometimes you just have to get in, sit down, shut up, and hold on...

One of the links is for the model...I believe the link associated with the photo...and the other link is for the instructions. Download both files.

the SU-47 only has a instruction document with it

    no model file

You're right, Rick...not sure why he did it that way on this airplane.
I'll have to ask him and see whether he updates the link to the model too.

    Howdy Jim, Rick,

Well, Ojimak may not have the Su 47 model up now, but I do have the model from his site. So, maybe its just an ommission or oversight on his part (which I am sure it is). It may also not be posted due to bandwidth restrictions.

    Have a good day,

And then, maybe my post was incorrect. Guess I'll face the ruler.

    Try it now, Rick.
I sent an email to Ojimak and the link above the model picture for the Su-47 has been corrected to link to the model file.
You have to love a guy like Ojimak, so receptive to his fans!
