Wow, cool! I want to order two of them for bookends!
Gonna have to go check my piggy bank!
Seriously though, Building one completely out of Red River paper sounds like a great idea!
Maybe a comparison photo shoot afterwards would be neat to see!
Good point, Nezard.
I don't know Gundam models.
I'm not even sure of the spelling. Gundam, Gundham?
I've never built any of them before but I think some of them look really cool, like this one.
That's the rx-79(g). It resembles the original gundam, the rx-78 but in actuality is one refitted for ground combat. Sorry for being such a nitpicker, just a die-hard gundam fan.
The ground attack Gundam was designed by June and was only available at Wonderfest either last year or the year before. I have never seen one for sale yet.
The platinum Gundam is an RX-78. This is the original Gundam from the anime series. Masamune Washington designed and released a series of 1/120 scale models several years ago. They can be found here: http://masamune.freespaces.com/dpm.htm
They would be your best bet for a reasonable size model, otherwise you can join the search for the elusive Inner Brain kit
