Well, this is it - post number 1000.

One would think I know a lot about model railroading being that verbose, but really I don't. Heck, I've only been in the hobby for a year and a half.

I have learned a LOT from everyone here, though, and would like to thank you all. I think the forum alone has increased my learning curve by at least threefold. I've met some really great people online, and met one person in reallife (and came close to meeting a couple of others).

With any luck, I might meet some more of you this fall, as I am planning a major road trip (Magical Michael Mystery Tour 2003 as I call it, a regular excursion although I used to just go to the wet coast) to Kansas et al for the MOPAC meet, and to explore the route I am modeling.

    Again, thanks everyone !!!!!

Hey Mike, I rambled right past my 1000th post and didn't realize it. Guess I have to wait for 2000, eh? You probably know more than you think :D :D :D
