NS on the Old B&O line

Anyone know why they would be pulling 5 Passanger cars behind a NS Freight engine on 12-11-04????

I saw it near phila Pa. about 6 PM

Prolly needed to move the train to Philadelphia for whatever reason and it was easier to work with CSX than Amtrak to do it. Don't freak guys, there's not going to be a CSX+NS merger anytime in the future...

More than likely it was a joint NS/CP Rail inspection train. D&H/CP run a pair of freights down the exB&O Philly Line.

The other day Mikey i seen a NS, BNSF, & a SF units ( the SF still painted in Silver & Red Scheme ). Got a photo but will probably not show up good. Still have to get the film developed. ops: I know it is off topic but i thought i would let everyone know what i seen LOL
