GPM has just released a model of Walter Wittmann’s Tiger I H Late HERE The kit looks impressive But it has a whopping price of $72.31 with the laser cut parts, Wheels, frame and track links. As one of the threads asked is Paper going the way of plastics, I think the answer is yes they are.

They have apparently lowered the price...$55.77 now.

And as far as the arguments about paper going the way of plastics, I'll tell you what I've said to my plastics buddies. The hobby evolves...just like R/C did, just like plastics did, just like paper will do. There is no reason worry about it, just build the way you always do and enjoy your hobby!

Jim - Looks like a beauty. I am afraid I'm starting to see the price-jump trend in paper modeling also. That was one of the benefits of getting out of plastic and into paper. Guess I'd better learn how to design the subjects that I want to build.
