Ralf, your checkout system appears to be broken. I've attempted making a purchase three times today. Each time I make the attempt, it refuses to go past the mailing address page, and keeps telling me that small parcel by US mail is not an appropriate delivery method to my US address (at least, the last time I checked, Idaho was still considered to be included in the USA).

No it's still broken but the problem was very easy to fix. Just remove the "M" between O and D.
