That would be nice because its always hard to find one site with new products from all diffrent companys.

I do appreciate learning what's available and don't know the best place to post the info, but I do think it's not here in these scale-specific forums.

What I liked about this forum, in addition to the courtesy and knowledge of its members, was the lack of commericialism.

There is a separate sub-forum for buy-sell-trade for non-commercial sellers. I certainly don't want to speak for the forum owners, but it seems that commercial postings should be discouraged from the general threads in order to keep it from becoming a manufacturer showcase.

Agreed. Some don't.

Alain, so far we didn't have 'commercials' here on the Gauge - and I think this is how most of us like it to be.

To be more exact, we had a few cases of posts which were nothing else but commercial ads. But they were thrown out by the moderators as soon as somebody complained by reporting a 'bad post'. (That's what the little red triangle below your name is for.)

BUT...

1. Now we know that you are manufacturing ... something.
2. You have a link to your website in your signature. This is ok, it's even welcome.
3. This way everybody can visit your homepage individually and look what you are offering.

I think, nobody will be in opposition against this - and you might also win a customer or two this way. :thumb: ;)

And I join tillsbury and Muddy - it's really polite that you asked first!
