NEW Prodigy Advance DCC System...

FYI,

I had some correspondance with MRC today and found out that the NEW Prodigy Advance System has integrated both Train Controls and Accessories control in one handheld LED unit which I find very interesting compared to the older model where you needed a throttle and dispatch control to operate. they also told me that the new system will control any brand of decoders.

Seems like R & D did their homework and have come up with a very good, budget minded product for those of us entering the DCC realm. :thumb:

Only problem is...where can I buy one...no one has them available yet and they all tell me SOON. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

With the first Prodigy what brand of decoders would it not operate, afterall I thought these systems were NMRA compliant.

Prodigy does operate all brand.

All DCC system will operate all decoders.
