I base mine on offroad performance, not scale. If it will make it perform better on the beach, up hills, down hills, over thick grass, through mud, through water, I'll mod it. I don't need a skidplate because it won't make mine perform any better. Mine also has ball bearing steering. It makes the sterring snappy and accurate. It turns sharper also. I compiled a little video of it in the snow, it's like 2 minutes long. I was going to put it on RCpics, but it never finishes uploading. It's 12mb. It's sort of cool, it has on board ahots, a jump on it and some donuts, as well as running in snow. Also, most 4 link pajeros have the same articulation measurements, so boasting about a few mm difference is pointless, they may even be the same. I have not touch the front suspension, anything dremel out of it will reduce durability. Mine has a body lift so the tires look really small. But if you want me to show you them I will.
