Hi guys,
I've spent the last month re-doing the lighting in the train room. I put up light valances and new fluorescent lighting. Tore the original light bulb installation off the walls because they were an eye-sore (literally) and VERY HOT :curse: . All this had to be done working OVER the layout...Not a nice experience...Disaster was always just an eye-blink away...So...
If you're just starting, HOLD OFF on the urge to get boards, foam and track together to get some trains running. Take a good look at how you want that layout to be lit/backdropped and do it BEFORE you put anything together. Believe me, you'll thank yourself for it, and have a more enjoyable experience...!!!sign1
