Which needle do I adjust when the engines temperature gets too high, the low end or high end.
You will want to adjust the high end needle if the engine is getting too hot while driving. If you are idling and the engine is overheating then richen the low end. But also take into account the air cooling factor if the vehicle is not moving then there will be no airflow over the engine to cool it so it will run a little hot. Also that depends on what glow plug you have in the engine and what % of nitromethane you are running. Along with several other factors.
