Hi guys,
I am not the worlds greatest modeler, or

painter, etc, but I do try to have fun, and I am.
Anyway, I love coming up with new ideas to do

things, or kitbash, but I also run into problems

that I havent found answers for yet, and was

hoping you could help, so here they are.

1. How do you model running rust on plastic,

or any rust for that matter?

2. How about peeling paint, I did see one

mention of rubber cement, but was wondering

if there were any others?

3. Does soot settle only on the outside area of

openings, or does it fall and pile up?

4. What is your best method for doing mortar,

like between bricks? I have tried both mortar

wash, and dry brushing, and that worked well

on my woodland scenics portals, its not

working on the plastic.

Thanks,

V

The building looks good...

It looks like you are inside the minimum focus range for the camera. Try backing up, and then zooming in, or switch to a macro mode if your camera is so equipped. Additional lighting may also help the camera "see" what it is supposed to focus on.
