Need ID for layout electric switch with plugs ?

Hi !
I got ahold of a box of Marklin stuff.
With the stuff I got this 2 switch on a panel that is wired and has modular ends on it ! It came in a sealed plastic bag with 2 screws, NO instructions or anything to tell me what it could go to or what it IS! ANY guess out there ?
It is of high quality, not junk ! Pix below !

looks like a power panel add on to me, I had a controller similar to this that came with 2 switch panels like that, they can be used to run accessories or to power separate track sections.
