This is my first post I just received a Willaims Diesel custom painted for Penn State University. I plan on putting a 60 sec sound card in with PSU sounds. Does anyone know, if there are kits or plans for an electronic whistle controller out on the web for download. I know I can get a super whistle controller I was hoping to be able to make it myself, It's just part of the hobby i guess.
