I uses a scale ruler and a machinest pencil to outline the windows and/or doors.I then use an Exacto knife with a fresh #11 blade and a straight edge to scribe the outline.
I then drill about a 3/8" hole in the middle after that I use a nibler I bought from Radio Shack to open up the hole to the scribed lines.
