Very nice... but for one little thing;

IMHO these pics always look much better in natural light. If you could take it outside or at least turn off the flash and open up the apeture it would look better.

One small suggestion - the awning needs some sort of support: either wires from above, or a brace from below, especially at the ends, where some bracing would be visible from the sides.
