    Hi guys,

I'm new here thanks to a link from Greelt. My first project is his F-1 engine. I've completed five and have now started on the Saturn V Thrust Structure. It's currently being test fitted (see photo) in the "vehicle assembly building". :)

Holy Crap, George! That's phenomenal. Nice build.

Keep posting images as it goes upward. You'll need to build an addition to your home to fit the finished thing in there.

Thanks for all your nice compliments guys!

Well it is my first paper model project but not my first "model". I've been scratch building models of all kinds for years, mostly R/C related. Stuff like this.......

    I really enjoy building. :-D

I have checked out surfduke's Moon Port project, thanks. Carl is a very talented designer to say the least. I think it's great the way everyone got together on his CM/SM project and the way it evolved. That's a future build for sure!

Those RC models are awesome, George!! Living in the land of 10,000 lakes, and not being able to afford a real boat, I'd love to have the talent/money to go RC.

I wish my plastic model building skills would have transferred to card modelling as well as yours obviously did....
