ya dude post pics and stuff and let us know how it all runs!
my 4tec is like so fast right now even with the darn 17 turn motor, its crazy!
yea 4-tecs are fast like dat
Crazy just got my 2 motors blue printed and I'll break them in this weekend at the local track there 10x3, bought some Jaco 45's and 40's for the rear for that traction that I'll need busting out of the corners, cant wait to race this weekend, how's your car holding together? RED
I just gotta say, 4-tecs are WAY underrated. People dont think they are as good as they can be.
ya I would say they are race worthy! they would be coler tho if the electronics were mounted more on the bottom for the center of gravity thing ya know? TOP HEAVY
Yep, i know what you mean. You can remove the battery trays and do that, then mount your battery pack on the upper chassis. Either way i think its gonna be the same though.
How would you mount it above?
Some people use zip ties to strap it along the upper chassis, either on the left or righ side. Thats usually what ppl do when they want to add extra cells too.
hmm I would have never have thought of it cause there aint much room to mount it there.
yea neither would i
This is what one guy did- 2 motors lol
that looks hot
wow that is crazy! I wonder how its runs tho, with alot of weight im thinking. Alot of power I bet tho!
The guy said once he could get it up to top speed it was noticably faster, but the torque was uncontolable. But he didnt have a speed contoler so it was just tap the gas and it goes full rpm.
hmm. it looks as tho both motors are the stock 20 turn stinger motors. hmmm Stick a Emaxx's esc into it!
Just to get this goin again...i got bored last night and made some shock covers out of orange felt. God i wish i had a digi cam cuz it looks really cool. Maybe i can find a scanner at goodwill, then ill take some pics!
ya it sounds interesting!
