MT Body Mount's?

I was wondering what your pros and cons are on the MT body mounts as far as the CC auto Racks and Flats are concerned.

I personally like the protypical closeness of the body mount opposed to the MT Hooked Truck (Long extenshion).

But I have only retrofited one of each so far until I get feedback on the pros and cons.
